Greet Van Linter, our only person elected in the Brussels commune Ganshoren, toke her oath today as municipal councillor of Vlaams Belang at the public session, which is the first part of the commune assembly.
Anticipating toward possible intolerance from the side of political correct adversaries and/or certain agressive behaving immigrants, precaution was taken by giving her an guardescort, provided by members of the internal national guardservice (N.O.).
That was also the reason why I was there and it gave me also the experience to see such a public session in live for the first time.
During the oath-taking ceremony there were some political correct politicians who insulted Greet.
There was for example the word 'facist' used although Greet Van Linter was elected by following the same democratic rules as all the others who were elected.
Maybe they should better first look in the mirror themselves before shouting insulting words toward other people.
There weren't further incidents and at the end I felicitated her for the good votingscores.
