After having spoken by phone with the Registrar at the Brussels Civil Court, I went to the juridical service of ACV, the syndicate where I'm member of.
I did this to submit a complaint against my former employer 'JES' because I didn't want to see them walk away that easily after having me discriminated.
By now, already some time has passed and that's the reason why I'll tomorrow check how my complaint submitted is proceeding.
Before deciding to take any juridical steps, there has been 2 negociating attempts taken place with the direction of my ex-organisation.
My father and I offered them the chance to keep their selfrespect by changing their attitude and decissions made in the past where I'm now victim of.
In the first negocation the directrice lost complete emotional control and began the whole time to quiver and shake on her chair.
I have never seen her like that before.
It looked as if someone was holding a loaded gun against her face.
In fact, my father made that remark and was amazed to see a person in a directional function so quickly lose control of herself.
It was clearly that she was not professional to be running any kind of organisation, too childish in her behavior.
The boss of my former workingteam was also present.
She was behaving herself litteraly like the lapdog of the direction.
When she saw her boss lose contact with reality, it marked her deeply.
She sat miserably at table like a dog that was beaten.
We gave them some time to think before leaving and the direction took this opportunity gladly with both hands because they weren't so sure anymore that the deed of firing me wouldn't have nasty consequences for their organisation.
At the end of the second negocation, which took place one week later, their final word consisted of not regretting their undemocratic decession to having fired me for my 'wrong' political preference.
So it became that I was forced to take juridical steps against the organisation JES.
There's a chance that my syndicate will not take my submitted complaint seriously because the colorsyndicates themselves throw people out when they know of any connection with the Flemish political party Vlaams Belang.
Should that be the case then I can always consider to go to a lawyerbureau.
